6th Macau Food Festival
This year’s Food Festival salutes World Heritage Year with the slogan “Join Our Macau Heritage Food Fair”. This major event features over 100 booths with themed zones for Mainland China, Special Cuisine, Asia Pacific, Europe, Greater China, and Desserts!
Dance performances, magic shows, beer drinking competition and other special activities will help put the fizz in this popular annual event. In addition, the SJM World Heritage Ice Lantern Exhibition (2006) will feature 16 spectacular ice carvings occupying an area of approximately 5,000 square metres, half of which will be dedicated to the special heritage of Macau. The exhibition will straddle the festival period celebrating the 53rd Macau Grand Prix, Anniversary of the establishment of the Macau SAR, Christmas, New Year and Lunar New Year.
