National Ballet of China in Macao November 22 & 24

The National Ballet of China will perform in Macao at the Cultural Center in November 2006.

The Macao Post Daily reported that the ballet troupe will stage two shows of Le Corsaire and Giselle on Nov. 22 and 24 respectively.

Tickets for the two shows have gone on sale, according to the newspaper.

A photo exhibition is slated to be held at several local schools on Nov. 20 and 22, coinciding with the two ballet shows.

Members of the troupe will offer didactical performances for local students and dance enthusiasts.

The National Ballet of China was founded in 1959.
