It’s just a ferry ride away. Don’t know how long though. Try the HK Tourism Board website
Macao is just 60 km west away from Hong Kong and its connection between Hong Kong and Macao is by ferry for approx 1 hr. There are no other countries than China mainland itself can get to by land.
You can get to Macao from Hong Kong by boat ferry. I think they’re called hydro boats I forgot, but they’re pretty fast. It takes about one hour and I think it doesn’t cost that much to ride.
macau is to the west of hong kong. the ferry ride is approx 55 mins, and the ferry is available from sheung wan or tsim sa tsui. the price is about 150 hk dollars for an economy seat. the boats are called turbojets, and you can check them out on their website
you can also go from mainland china, and turbojets also operates some routes from mainland china, and the routes are available on their website.
