u can try to search for apartments to rent here….on the Centaline website as they r the biggest among HK & Macau.
my mum & brother currently lived in Macau so i m very familiar to this island. it’s just an hour boat to cross over fr HK over there, most of the new comers stay in either Central area or Taipa Island as it’s more convenience & wt supermarket around. Macau is pretty small so example, if u taxi fr head to toe… it’s only about US$7-8. the inner island wil be Coloane. u dun want to lives there w/o a car. anyway, my mum stays in Taipa & my bro stay on the northern side of Central.
as i duno which hotel u working for or what location about ur office. so u pick Central or Taipa. getting taxi in the morning to go to work is kinda difficult during am time at those residential area. keep that in mind. and the buses r kinda FULL during peak hours & not very comfortable + stucked w/ labours. so if u can make it, pick a living location which can walk to ur office better.
