Asia Property Report announced another new luxury residential project in Macau on the banks of Nam Van Lake is to be developed by LaSalle Investment Management.
Located in Macau’s most prestigious residential precinct, apartments will enjoy spectacular views of both Nam Van Lake and Macau.
With construction scheduled to start in the fourth quarter of this year and to complete in 2009, the management firm will contract world-renowned architect HOK to design a landmark 50-floor twin tower residential building that will include a world-class club facility, state-of-art gymnasium, swimming pool, health spa, wine/cigar bar and private function rooms.
Andrew Heithersay, LaSalle’s Regional Director of Acquisitions, said: the building is LaSalle’s first acquisition in Macau. The company sees that liberalisation of the gaming industry and substantial infrastructure investment will transform Macau’s residential property market for the better.
