North Korea is willing to return to six-nation nuclear talks if it is allowed to withdraw its money frozen in accounts of a bank blacklisted by the United States, Yonhap news agency quoted a North Korean diplomat as saying.

Han Song Ryol, deputy chief of North Korea’s mission to the United Nations in New York, made the remark today, renewing the North’s long-standing demand that the United States lift financial restrictions imposed on a Macau bank for allegedly aiding in the North’s illicit activities.
