July 4, 2006 | MacauHub | Sales by Macau to the European Union (EU) posted growth of 117.9 percent in the period from January to May against the same period of 2005, according to official figure published in Macau Monday.
The EU bought goods from Macau to the value of US$190.6 million and which, together with the United States, the territory’s main market for its products, bought goods to the value of US$528 million, accounting for 66.6 percent of Macau’s total foreign sales.
