It is much less crowded compared with Gongbei.
But with a map of Zhuhai + Macau, Wanzai is west of Macau and Gongbei is north. Jiuzhou port is northeast of Gongbei. So Gongbei is closer to Jiuzhou port.
the pier is quite far fr the border….so it’s time wasting to travel all the way to the pier. Macau & Zhuhai r linked actually… passing the gongbei immigration won’t use much time at all. during peak hours such as w.end… max. takes u 20 mins. on normal day, just no more than 10 mins. n they renew the bldg, so it’s air-cond & clean.
if u dun mind spending some $ & go shenzhen in a more convenience way. u can hire a car direct in Macau all the way drive u to shenzhen. it’s just mop$1300. around USD$170. it’s a very comfy 7-passengers private car.
