You probably need a visa. There are a lot of crazy laws in China so you probably need one. Go to your post office or something like that.

As far as I can remember you don’t need one. :) are you coming from hongkong and is riding a ferry to macau?

I think you only need your passport in going there.

To be sure, try calling some travel agencies and inquire. they probably can give you more information.

Yes. For visiting Macao, you need to apply required level visa. Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassies/consulates or the specially-authorized organizations stationed abroad are all the legitimate organs for issuing the visa. You can contact them for details, or click here for more info,. No need to contact a tour agent if you want to travel by yourself.

    Hello kabayan,
Macau is like Hong Kong, a Special Administrative Region (SAR) in China. You don’t need a VISA when you go there. You only need your passport. But usually they only give you a 14 days stay period. If you’re traveling via Hong Kong. You can take the Ferry right from the airport or in the Hong Kong city proper and here’s how to get there…http://www.travel-hongkong-attractions.com/gateway-to-macau.html
