From 23 May to 24 June, Crown Macau will be presenting a meticulous pairing of food and wine by 12th generation Alsatian winemaker Etienne Hugel and former World Champion Cantonese Chef Tam Kwok Fung. Thus exclusive offering features the wines of Hugel, renowned for generations as being the leading winemakers in the region, with a customized menu of fine Chinese cuisine.
A benchmark in Chinese fine-dining, Ying features refined traditional and modern interpretations of Cantonese cuisine. Under the watchful eye of award-winning Chef de Cuisine Tam Kwok Fung, each creation pays tribute to the fine art of Cantonese gastronomy in its quality and exquisite presentation.
