Fly to Hong Kong and then take the express ferry from Hong Kong to Macau, which only takes an hour.

There are dozens of airlines that fly to Hong Kong, though you’ll probably have at least one stopover. Consider Qatar Airways, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, and Gulf Air, which will probably have fewer layovers and shorter flights, given the locations of their hubs.

Take a direct flight to Macau, you need no visa. Why stop in Hong Kong and have the expenses associated with it. Fly direct and have a ball! Hong Kong really sucks, the crowds, the pollution, and it costs sooooooooooooooooooo much.

Americans can go into Macau no visa, no trouble.

Can you accept to change airline along the way? The best way is to take the EgyptAir to Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi. From there, transfer to either Air Macau or Thai AirAsia to get to Macau directly. Or take the same airline to Kuala Lumpur and transfer to Malaysian Airline or Air Asia to get to Macau. You can also try flying to Singapore by Singapore Airline and transfer to Tiger Airways or JetStar Asia to get to Macau. You do not need to apply for visa to transit at those point and contact those airline above for more information.
